The SEA LIFE Trust is dedicated to taking action to conserve aquatic habitats and protect marine wildlife through global, regional and local campaigns, innovative research and inspiring education.
Our vision is of a world where our oceans are healthy, properly protected and full of diverse life.
The SEA LIFE Trust works with a number of carefully selected conservation partners and as a result we do not currently accept unsolicited funding applications.
Our key areas of focus are based on Sustainable Development Goal 14: Life Below Water.
14.1 Reduce pollution
14.2 Restore & protect habitat
14.3 Reduce ocean acidification
14.4 End overfishing
SEA LIFE Trust Sanctuaries
The SEA LIFE Trust also owns and operates two marine wildlife sanctuaries.
We are excited to announce that we have created the world’s first open water sanctuary for beluga whales. To find out more.
We also run a seal rescue and rehabilitation sanctuary in Cornwall in the UK.
Our goals are ambitious. But we have no choice. Our aquatic habitats and wildlife need our help.
And we certainly can’t do this alone.
We hope that you share our vision and will get involved. Explore our campaign pages to discover what projects we are working on, what action we are taking and what you can do to help protect the world’s oceans.
